Shattered Love [poem]

Like the ferocious wild animals
He devoured all around him
His territory no one dares to rule
Intimate like north and south
Mutuality his worst enemy
Caring like cannibals
Being lovely barbaric
He murders in strange tongues
Always seeking the fall of night
For his joy springs at night
His heart chasing love
Yet his flesh stabbing her
Though she is kind
His needs she provides
He was too smart to notice
The wind became still
Freedom an excuse
Ruled by physical desires
He swims in catastrophe
Soon love is shattered
